Fair and Squared (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides IM®-aligned math review resources for schools and districts. Our website is located at resources.fair-and-squared.com.

We only collect information you voluntarily provide when filling out forms on our site. This includes:
- Contact form: Name, email address, subject, and message.
- Pilot application: Name, email address, school or district name, role, and grade levels.
- Quote request: Name, email address, school or district name, and resource preferences.
We do not collect any information automatically beyond what your browser sends as part of a standard web request (e.g., IP address handled by our hosting provider).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your inquiries or messages.
- Follow up on pilot applications and quote requests.
- Send information you have explicitly requested about our resources.
We do not send unsolicited marketing emails, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is only used internally to respond to your request.
We use Resend (resend.com) to process and deliver form submission emails. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy policy.

We retain the information you submit only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided (e.g., following up on a pilot inquiry). We do not maintain long-term databases of visitor information.
6. Cookies
Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Standard session behavior may be handled by your browser or our hosting provider (Netlify) but no personally identifiable data is stored in cookies by us.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our website is directed at educators, school administrators, and district leaders — not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
